Live, Personalised Movement & Breathwork
My private sessions are where the deepest, most transformative work happens. This is bespoke guidance tailored completely to your body, your needs, and how you're showing up on any given day.
What We Do Together:
Each session draws from my training in Pilates, yoga, breathwork, and myofascial release. What we focus on depends entirely on what you need:
Pilates-based strength and stability work (mat or equipment if you have it)
Breathwork for stress management and nervous system regulation
Myofascial release techniques for tension patterns and restricted movement
Yoga-informed mobility and awareness practices
Rehabilitation and injury-sensitive work
Osteoporosis-safe movement protocols
I don't follow a fixed programme. Instead, I observe how your body is moving, listen to what you're experiencing, and adapt our work accordingly. Some days that means challenge and building strength. Other days it means gentleness, release, and restoration.
How Sessions Work:
All sessions are conducted live via video call (Zoom or similar platform). This isn't a pre-recorded class - it's real-time, two-way communication where I can see you, guide you, and respond to what's happening in your body.
I guide you primarily through verbal cueing and observation. You don't need to watch me constantly (and many clients prefer to see only themselves on screen to stay focused on their own body). I demonstrate when needed, but my attention is on YOU - watching your movement patterns, noticing where you hold tension, seeing what your body is telling me.
This approach is surprisingly effective and allows for genuinely personalised work that adapts moment by moment.
No need for a full gym setup
or a towel if you're travelling
roughly the size of a yoga mat where I can see you clearly
whether that's a full Pilates studio setup or just some weights and resistance bands (or we'll improvise with household items)
with a good camera angle so I can see you clearly
Individual sessions - Just you and me, fully personalised
Duet sessions - Two people in the same location (partners, friends, family)
Shared sessions - Multiple people joining from different locations (I've taught mother-daughter sessions with one in London and one in New York!)
Availability:
Sessions are available Monday through Saturday. I teach primarily in English, with German also available.
I use a flexible booking system that allows us to find times that work for both our schedules. Many of my clients book regular weekly or twice-weekly sessions, though drop-in sessions are also possible.
